Ten artists. Sixty days of creation made visible. One physical space where the process became the work.

Born from PHI's first-ever virtual residency—launched during the first COVID-19 lockdown—Lignes Parallèles invited 10 Montréal artists to document their creative process publicly over 60 days. The digital exhibition that followed captured this unfiltered creative intimacy. Then it came to life.

Translated into a physical, multi-sensory journey at Centre PHI, visitors wandered through a series of distinct environments—each volume housing an original mise-en-scène, each one the personal universe of a confined artist. Playful, interactive, and quietly poetic, the experience turned the act of looking into the act of participating.
