Chromatic Myriad is a light-art installation that reimagines the dynamic relationship between the urban landscape, the architecture of the PHI Centre, and the viewer's gaze through the skillful interplay of optical phenomena such as reflection and diffraction.
With its captivating and impressionistic detour from the every day, this public art installation invites individuals to appreciate the city anew as they witness the unfolding reflections, shimmering colours, and reconfiguration of the surrounding architecture.
In a perpetual state of metamorphosis, the perception of the landscape is shaped by individual vantage points, encouraging us to play with our viewpoints and discover variations in the colourways.
The work incites curiosity, encourages us to interact with art and enriches the dialogue between the PHI Centre, the public and the city itself.

The House of Murmurations is a multi-sensory installation where light, sound, and movement highlight and illuminate the architectural features of the site, sustaining the memories housed within its walls while signalling its change and transformation.
The Montreal Old Port's migratory birdlife seeded the poetic language of the installation; symbolically significant to cultures globally, birds have been depicted as mediators between the human and spirit worlds, or as divine messengers. Here, their ebb and flow rewards passersby’s curiosity with a colourful new perspective while opening a window into the buildings’ inspiring future.
As the site of the future PHI Contemporary project, the installation is a celebration of the buildings and their structural splendour, offering locals and visitors to the City of Montreal a unique look at the site before it moves into its next chapter of being.

Tiohtià:ke means "where the currents meet," and the PHI Centre is located where the Saint-Pierre River once flowed. A river on the PHI Centre comes to life in a multimedia light installation visible from the windows overlooking St. Pierre Street.
This river is the perfect personification of our common origins and our collective future. The installation is accompanied by an original poem by Joséphine Bacon and a soundtrack by Kelly Nunes.

This massive camera detects and predicts your future acts of kindness.
To prevent unwanted behaviours, we are constantly monitored and observed. But what if those algorithms measured our propensity for kindness?
This is the question raised by Ensemble Ensemble. By letting themselves be scanned by the massive camera, spectators receive a personalized prediction of their future altruistic actions. If they wish, they can also influence the settings of the machine which measures the goodwill index in real time. An invitation to reject everyday suspicion.
On the original release at Metro Saint-Laurent, more than 1,500 persons experienced the installation’s algorithm weekly for a period of 2 months. The installation visited Montreal twiced, Ottawa, and Bruxelles.
